Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk adjust for desired thickness
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract not peppermint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring adjust for color preference

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 maraschino cherries

Instructions
 

  • Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 5-10 minutes for an extra refreshing shake.
  • In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring.
  • Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Adjust milk quantity if a thinner consistency is desired.
  • Pour the shake into the chilled glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

For a chocolate version, add 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup before blending. To make it dairy-free, use coconut or almond-based ice cream and milk alternatives.
